About the festival
If you love your rock to be classic, and your festivals to be packed with legendary acts, then this the place for you. Dating back to the peace and love era of the 1960s, the Isle of Wight Festival is steeped in history, having hosted some of the most important musical figures in the world.
But it’s not all about music history – this festival celebrates all music, from yesterday’s legends, to today’s icons, to the stars of tomorrow, all on a beautiful, peaceful island off the UK’s south coast.
